It is easy to be a vendor.
We do not take reservations in advance. Last year some people were offering to take your money and reserve a place for you. Do not give anyone your money in advance.
Show up at the park entrance with enough time to set up. Gate 1 will open about 7:00 am for vendors. You will be directed to a vacant spot. We ask that you unload and move your vehicle to park up the hill. If you cannot do that you may need to purchase more than one vendor area.
Areas are about 20' X 20'.
At some point Saturday morning someone will come by (Probably Rowena Huggins on a four-wheeler or in a Kubota.) She will collect your fee and give you a receipt. Do not give your money to anyone who does not have a receipt book with them (We have never had a problem with this)
The Fee is $25 for EACH vendor space. This fee covers space for both Saturday and Sunday and admission for two people. If you bring your whole neighborhood with you, two people are free and everyone else over 12 years old should pay $5.00 for admission.
